  • By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on Rafirise.Store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to update product prices, promotional discounts, and product availability without prior notice.

  • Product Representations: We make every effort to display product colors, images, and specifications accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or supplier batch differences.

3. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Order Placement: Placing an order on Rafirise.Store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items.

  • Order Verification: Because our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders are subject to verification via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call before dispatch.

  • Order Cancellation by Rafirise: We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

    • The customer fails to verify the order within 48 hours.

    • The delivery address provided is incomplete, unverifiable, or outside our courier coverage areas in Pakistan.

    • The product is out of stock.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Delivery: We offer 100% Free Shipping on orders across Pakistan, unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days depending on your location (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or tier-2/tier-3 cities). Delivery delays caused by weather, road conditions, or courier logistical delays are beyond our direct control.

  • Open Parcel Inspection: Customers are permitted to inspect the contents of their parcel upon delivery in the presence of the courier rider before making payment.

5. Replacements, Returns & Fraud Prevention

  • 15-Day Replacement: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a free replacement within 15 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To prevent fraudulent claims, customers must provide a clear, unedited video of the parcel being opened showing the shipping label and the product flaw. Claims submitted without unboxing video proof may be declined.

  • Refusal of COD Orders: Repeated refusal to accept verified COD parcels at the doorstep without a valid reason will result in the customer’s phone number and address being permanently blacklisted from future purchases on Rafirise.Store.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Rafirise.Store—including website text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, images, and branding assets—is the property of Rafirise and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Pakistan. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rafirise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, delivery delays by third-party couriers, or temporary website downtimes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh.
